After a spell as Regional Executive in Northern Ireland for Halifax, he bought the business in 1999 and is proud to have been behind the resurgence of the brand. |

PATRICIA McKILLOP is our independent mortgage and financial advisor. After 7 years product management experience both in Belfast and Nottingham, she qualified as a mortgage advisor. After working in a Nottingham based mortgage brokers for 3 years, she returned home and joined Kellands NI Ltd earlier this year. | |

NICK BRENNAN gained a law degree at Queen's University, Belfast and worked for 7 years in the textile industry, selling in International markets in the Far East, Australia and North America. His family has always been heavily involved in the property market and in 1998, he formed Pinpoint Property Ltd, specialising originally in lettings and management as he built the residential sales side of the business. |

BEVERLEY LYONS has over 20 years estate agency experience, having worked previously for a number of leading firms. her extensive knowledge of the market, especially in South and East Belfast, is a huge asset to the company. |

TRACY O'CONNOR has been with the Lisburn Road team for over 3 years, during which time she has established herself as a key player in the branch. Her role sees her influence all areas, from marketing to relationship management, from accounts to IT support. |

CIARA McENTEE started her business career in retail and also had a spell as a PA in a top recruitment and training company in Australia. She has now found her true niche, where she can put her excellent communication and interpersonal skills to good use. |

JAYNE FARRELL is an honours graduate in Urban Estate Management, from Liverpool John Moores University. She has been employed in a variety of estate agency and associated roles for over 10 years and has excellent credentials in all aspects of the residential market, as well as very useful commercial property experience.

NEIL HAMILTON
is studying Property Investment & Development at Jordanstown University. He is currently working for Morton Pinpoint on his placement year and learning many aspects of the estate agency business. He has been with the company since June 2009 and is involved in all areas of letting and management. He manages to squeeze all this hard work in around playing representative hockey and is a very capable, willing and pleasant member of staff. |
