Furnishing, decorating, repairs, plumbing, electric and other miscellaneous requirements will be managed by Morton Pinpoint, utilising our network of contractors and professionals in each respective field. Similarly, Morton Pinpoint can negotiate appropriate insurance cover for each property and conduct inspections at regular intervals to ensure the property is being adequately maintained by the tenants. Should an insurance claim situation arise, Morton Pinpoint will manage the claim in its entirety on the Landlord’s behalf.

Except where emergency repairs are essential, full quotations will be obtained and presented to the Landlord in advance of any work taking place. Your agreement will be sought before any non-essential work is authorised.

At an appropriate time towards the conclusion of an existing agreement, Morton Pinpoint will, with the Landlord’s authority seek to negotiate a fresh lease with the sitting tenant.  If the tenants in situ do not wish to renew, Morton Pinpoint will liaise with the relevant parties and endeavour to find a new tenant at the earliest opportunity.
